Michelle Obama Wears $540 Designer Sneakers to Feed the Poor

I think this calls for a law limiting excessive spending on shoes for the good of society... or perhaps there should be a 90% shoe tax? Just some ideas, I thought we could perhaps redistribute the money to ten-year-olds since they don't pay taxes and statistically are below the poverty line if you exclude the income of their families.

Clearly Mrs. Obama's hedonism warrants restraint in these times of strife. Regulations should be put in place to reign in such deviant behavior. And flaunting it in front of the poor.... sounds like a hate crime to me.

(clearly I'm being sarcastic.... at least I hope it is clear)

Seriously.... those glorified converse all stars she's wearing... about 5 times more coin than what I would consider to be an expensive dress shoe. Really it is a waste. But I think it is her prerogative to do that if she wants to. Obama's politics however, really don't seem to jive with that. But then again, those who worked daily behind the Kremlin walls always lived much better than the comrades that made up the masses of Mother Russia.
