A good weekend

Kate and I had a nice weekend together. We didn't get to do the ice skating- which was planned, but there is plenty of time to do that in the future.

Saturday night we went to see Avatar in IMAX-3D. The theater that we saw it at (Jordan's in Reading, MA) is quit the place to see something. They have sub woofers built into the seats so you actually- as they claim "feel the movie". I thought the plot and story of the movie was sloppy, however it was visually beautiful and fun to see. The theater had a trapeze act in the lobby which we watched a while before heading back to Melrose.

Sunday we had fun playing Trivial Pursuit and watching the Super Bowl over at Jason & Millie's. Millie had made a nice chili, and they had a great several layer bean dip with chips. I stopped at Anna's on the way over and brought some quesadillas to contribute.

Well... time for another week.
